September has been a jam packed month for us all here at the Norwich Head Office with the annual convention hosted by Mark Foster the Olympic Swimmer at Sprowston Manor, the NEC exhibition and also having one of our franchisees, Malcolm Lant (Gateshead) being shortlisted as a regional finalist for the British Franchisee of the Year Award!
